    Send or drop off

    Ship your package or drop it off according to the instructions in your portal request.

    Diagnosis and quote

    We inspect and diagnose. You review and approve the quote in the portal before repair starts.

    Repair and billing

    Approved work is carried out with status updates in the portal. Invoices and payment follow our agreed terms.

    Return or pickup

    When the job is ready, return shipping or pickup is arranged according to your request and billing status.
